  • Mole Poblano

    Boneless and skinless chicken with our own special homemade mole made from scratch. We use 38 ingredients including chocolate and dry and roasted chiles to produce a wonderfully complex Mole sauce. Mole Poblano

  • Cochinita Pibil

    A succulent Mayan dish from Yucatán. Pork slowly braised in banana leaves, fresh fruit juices, herbs and achiote, a special indigenous spice blend made from the red seed of the Annatto tree. Served with rice and black beans. {Tortillas upon request}   Cochinita Pibil

    Boneless and skinless chicken marinated in a spicy Oaxacan seasoning, then grilled {a touch blackened}. Served with a mini-quesadilla, black beans, crema, guacamole and pico de gallo.

    A roasted chile poblano stuffed with diced vegetables, fruits and nuts, topped with a sweet pomegranate and sherry wine crema. Sprinkled with fresh pomegranate seeds and crushed pecans. Served with rice and black beans. Chile En Nogada (5)

    A juicy angus steak that is seared Mexican style and topped with grilled onions, pico de gallo and jalapeños. Served with a cheese enchilada, refried beans and corn tortillas.
